What I can offer
I can offer strategic guidance on all aspects of accessibility standards and their application. This includes interpretation of particular standards, how the standards fit together, what standards are best suited to the context of your organization, whether, how or when your organization should implement particular standards and their likely consequences for you. This applies in the context of eLearning and in more general contexts. My major interest is in personalization because that is what is needed to really make accessibility work (read “What's wrong with Design-led approaches” elsewhere on this site). I can also offer more general eLearning technology advice.
